The Paper Tiger Equipment issue module tracks all equipment like PPE's, overalls, boots, security cards, keyes etc issued to staff. 

Cost, size, reissue and return dates are all included. Product trail - who has issued what to whom and when is part of the module.  Full stock and cost control to track all stock in and out. Imprest levels and reports for reordering. Sample stock report.

Normally set up so that the storeman has access and can issue equipment, print sign off slips and record at the same time Sample issue record.
