Paper Tiger is
divided into two parts: The "Front Office" and the "Back Office". The Front Office use simple screens to capture issues and for some limited reporting. No Password is required to access and use the Front Office. It is accessible throughout an organisations network. No management of issues takes place in the Front Office. The Front Office screens are often customised to meet specific customer requirements. Issues are also captured via the internet OASIS module ![]() The Back Office is where all processing, managing and reporting takes place. Access is by password and each user's access to the various components is controlled. The Back Office can of course also be used to capture issues. ![]() There is one more part to Paper Tiger - the data tables. These reside on the network server, thus all data is shared irrespective of where it comes from - Front Office, Back Office or the Intermet. |
